Menu: Summer Cocktails.
The best foods for cocktail hour are the ones that can be eaten with one hand.
Really, no one wants to set down their drink.
At least not me.
So, the point is that provolone-stuffed fried zucchini would not be appropriate for a cocktail party. Especially one where you plan to fit into a dress that is two sizes too small.
Snacks: Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, Gorgonzola Popovers, Fruit Bruschetta, Bacon-Gorgonzola Stuffed Baby Red Potatoes, Gorgonzola Stuffed Olives, Roasted Garlic & White Bean Hummus
Feel free to add some veggies up there if you dare. I prefer to fatten everyone up.
Treats: Mini Marbled Cupcakes, Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles
Is it clear that I have an issue with gorgonzola?
I didn’t think so.
Feel free to sub feta, goat or no cheese in it’s place for all of you gorg-haters. In my mind, cheese is interchangable.

Seriously- that fruit bruschetta kills me each time I see it. I would have to go with goat or feta. My taste buds are not mature enough to eat the moldy kind of cheese :)
Gorgonzola word count: 4.
Bacon word count: 2.
What is this?! For shame, good madam!
