Treadmill Circuit Blast

5 minute warm up

1 minute at 8.0

1 minute at 4.0

REPEAT ONCE

20 lunges

20 pushups

20 squats

20 overhead presses

1 minute at 8.0

1 minute at 4.0

REPEAT ONCE

10 burpees

20 side lunges

10 plyo pushups

1 minute plank

1 minute at 8.0

1 minute at 4.0

REPEAT ONCE

20 plie squats

10 squats jumps

15 triceps dips

1 minute bicycle crunches

1 minute at 8.0

1 minute at 4.0

5 minute cool down


Notes: 1.) Even though I started in on the sprints right after the lifting bursts, it still took a few seconds to up the speed, which was a nice way to catch my breath. 2.) You don’t need a treadmill to do this workout, you can do any form of cardio and alternate one intense minute with one recovery minute.
