Fitness Kick Start: My Staple Circuit.

I think I’ve talked about it multiple times, but I just love this circuit workout.

It makes time fly by and it gives me a great workout. Even when I have no desire to exercise, I get excited just thinking about this.

The whole thing takes about 45 minutes, depending on how quickly I move. It is tough, but I look at the cardio part as my recovery, spending about 30 seconds of the cardio portion ‘recovering,’ then getting intense again.

Try it – I promise you will love it!

(Or kinda hate it, but still love it.)

Staple Circuit

5 min warm up

5 mins intense cardio (I use the elliptical)

30 walking lunges

10 pull ups (I use the assisted pullup machine when needed)

75 second plank hold

20 pushups


5 minute cool down
