I am a chocolate snob. A big one.
So it comes as no surprise that I absolutely adore Sarris‘ chocolate since it is touted as “the world’s best chocolate.” Honestly – it is! I would know – I’ve done my fair share of chocolate tasting, especially with Sarris since they are right here in Pittsburgh.
Sarris‘ is full of nostalgia for me. With it being right down the road from my grandparents‘ house, we would take a trip to get ice cream and marvel at all of the chocolate creations. It is basically my mecca. My mom would also always buy multiple bags of chocolate covered pretzels to give as hostess gifts or to serve at a party, but I would inevitably discover them and eat them all before she could do so. I also use Sarris‘ in many of my chocolate covered treats, because it truly is one of my favorite chocolates. Right up there with Godiva. In fact, yesterday I melted a few milk chocolate bars [you can find them at Giant Eagle if you're local] to make more cake batter bark, as well as a recipe you will see later this week. It is to die for.
And I only coat my strawberries with Sarris – nothin’ else!
