Why is this in my fridge?
Better yet, it’s not even in my crisper drawer, otherwise known as “the place vegetables go to die.”

You can try cooking it and pureeing it and hiding it brownies like Jessica Seinfeld. I’ve always wondered if you could taste the veggies in them. I have a friend who uses black beans and another who has put beets in them and they swear it is good. I’m doubtful. Would love it if you tried and posted.

I have a friend who swears by carrot puree in her brownies! I am skeptical too, but have considered trying it. I bet spinach would probably work too. Black beans would be neat – the brownies could be like protein brownies!

I love baby spinach – it’s one of my new fav foods! (This changes on a weekly basis, of course). Add feta cheese, fresh mushrooms, a hard boiled eggs, and of course, la piece de resistance, bacon. With some Renee’s poppyseed dressing…mmm…

Well I know it wasn’t you, because if it was it would probably be something that looked so delicious that you’d trick me into eating 7 servings of veggies.

Hahaha. Put it in a smoothie masked with tons of cocoa powder and PB??

Just go make yourself like 80 green monsters.
Green monsters are they only way I get my necessary green stuff in most days.

Maybe green smoothies? It would only take three or four to use it up!

How sad!

I agree that you should whip yourself up some green smoothies – that way you can trick yourself into getting some veggies! I like Vega chocolate with a banana and peanut butter or whip up a smoothie with milk and lots of berries and of course lots of spinach. I have a feeling you could even whip up a bacon with cheese version ;-) Yummy!

Oh come on spinach is delicious!!! I love adding it to a protein smoothie with peanut flour, vanilla protein powder, shredded coconut, coconut milk, frozen banana slices, ice and spinach. It is a pretty green color and tastes like a peanut butter shake. You never taste the spinach!
