Confession: Sometimes I leave the fork in the pan, put wrap over it, and it’s there waiting for me the next time I’m hungry. Only 1 dish – only 1 fork :)
Um yes…I’m glad I’m not the only one who does that. Sometimes my husband comes home from work and is like “what the heck”? You can eat an amazing amount of something in one day with just the pan and the fork. :)
This reminds me of the many, many times I bought pints of ice cream while travelling around the US in hostels/hotels without freezers, and how I gloried in *having* to eat it all in one go with a spoon. There’s a certain type of magic in such eating…
Same here…..only instead of that delicious looking cake I’ve been consuming ludicrous amounts of chocolate and peanut butter, sometimes combined, sometimes separate
Omg!!! Can I just say I have been reading various blogs for a while and never left a comment… While many bloggers and their posts make me smile, laugh, and think… These two pictures made me relate to u on a whole different way!!! I could not stop laughing!!! Just wanted u to know u made my day brighter!!
when I see at these pics that`s very similar situations as when I make a cake :) such moments are really delicious and we absolutely love it! and when I eat cakes straight from the baking pan with the fork we could feel like a kids. it`s nice to find some funny moments in our lifes, isn`t it?
HAHAH! LOVE IT! Sometimes a girl’s just gotta do what a girl’s gotta do!

My God, this is the state of most things I bake. Glad to know I’m not alone!

Surely Mr. How Sweet is responsible for at least some of that.

Can I have the rest?

I’m so glad to know I’m not the only person to dig right into the pan :-)
(Less dishes that way, right?? ;-)

And a delicious week, nicely done:-)

Yesssssssss. That’s how cake should be eaten – with a fork that remains in the pan for easy access whenever the hankering strikes. :-)

hahaha that’s exactly what it would look like if it were here!

I don’t blame you. I would have dove head first into that cake!

Precisely how it would look in my house too especially since hubby won’t touch it. Why dirty a plate, right?!?

Exactly!

I think your truth is fabulous. My caramel covered brownies have a fork lying in them right now waiting for a taste or two!!!

The best part is that you eat right out of the pan. Somehow it always tastes better that way, doesn’t it?

I knew I liked you. I do the same thing!

At least you ate the moist and fresh “middle” instead of the outer edges! Good for you.
