This is what I did on Monday. Then I promptly went home and coughed up a lung.
to warm up: 10 minutes of cardio
15 pushups
20 alternating lunges (no added weight)
15 squats with an overhead dumbbell press
10 squat jumps (no weight)
10 pushups
5 intense minutes on the elliptical
10 pushups
20 alternating side lunges with weight
10 burpees
10 step ups with weight (5 each leg)
15 triceps dips
5 minutes of 30-second treadmill intervals
20 walking lunges with weight
10 pushups
60 second plank
30 crunches
30 second plank
30 reverse crunches
60 second plank
5 minutes of 30-second treadmill intervals
REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES
LAY DOWN AND CRY

I don’t want seven…I want 20 of those cupcakes!! Yum. I just bought several jars of those rainbow sprinkles because they were 75 percent off. I’m tempted to use them all now, lol.

Whoa and I thought my workout last night was going to kill me. That cupcake has to make it all worth it right? Looks perfect.

How long would you say it took you to do it 3x through? I might be able to fit in at least one time at the gym during lunch.
Start to finish I got through it in about 65 minutes. But the first 2 times I was FLYING through it. I think I had tons of energy built up from being sick and resting like 5 days in a row. When I do it again I’ll probably take a few more rest during the first 2 rounds and try to stretch it out about 70-75 minutes because come round 3… I almost died. You will definitely get a good workout if you do it even just one time through!
So I tried it. And just…wow. I modified some of it using a BOSU [pushups, dips, and plank], and substituting some of the treadmill for the stairmill [because I loathe the treadmill]. I wanted to die after one time through. I bow down to your mad skills.
I want a cupcake NOW.

Buttercream frosting and me= no bueno. In fact, all dairy+me=bad news bears. Soooo if I ate one and then did that circuit, I might crop-dust the entire gym! LOL They they’d all be dead, and I’d join them just as soon as I finished that INSANE workout. You’re nuts!! I love it! :D

awwwww you need a bubble bath after that! or some ice all over! I am still shaking from my run so I cant even imagine how ya feel. Though by the looks of the cupcake it will always be worth it! =)
Haha I particularly like the “Lay down and cry” part – that’s how I feel after circuit training which is why i usually ignore them.. I should add more of them to my routine though.

mmmmm funfetti cupcake. looks awesome. I love when the frosting stands tall like that – I am always sure to do the same on my cupcakes, too. Because frosting is the best part. And if someone doesn’t agree? They can eat around it, am I right?
