    I made crazy feta this weekend, it was great! One of my diners hates garlic, so I omitted that and included a little fresh oregano. It makes a ton, so we have plenty leftover to add to grilled zucchini wraps or shovel into my mouth with pita chips.

    I try to pretend that calories NEVER count….not a good plan, but like most things I remain in denial.
