Grape Nuts + vanilla almond milk + brown sugar.
Sooooo crunchy! I’ve been in love with Grape Nuts since I was little, I only drink weird milks because I can’t pass up anything labeled vanilla, and brown sugar? Uhh… well it’s brown, so it’s healthy. Plus, this tastes really delicious washed down with a margarita.

I’ve been eating grape nuts & vanilla almond milk for breakfast for the past couple weeks – really is a great combo. I’ve loved grape nuts forever as well and always grab some when I see them on sale.
I’ll have to try your addtion of brown sugar :)

Anything tastes better when washed down with a margarita. True fact.

Whoa! That’s naughty! Have you tried the Grape Nuts Trail Mix Crunch cereal? No need for brown sugar in that one. It’s delightful as is! I love Grape Nuts :)

You rock. I love that snack too :D

I love that you wash it down with a margarita.
I was never a Grape Nuts girl. This sounds weird but their uber crunchiness actually makes the roof of my mouth get all scratchy. Weird, but true.
Have a great weekend! :)

Bahahah!

Sophisticated and well thought through pairing – the tanginess from the margarita will cut through the sweetness of the snack, even if it doesn’t, continue drinking:) Its Friday

My mom used to make something similar for me all the time as a child–except it had sliced apples too. You should try it out :)

They now sell Grape Nuts flakes. I just tried them yesterday for the first time and they’re great. 110 calories per serving, 4 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fiber. Yum!

Whaaaa?? I have been eating Grape Nuts Flakes since I was about 10. They are a little sweeter than Grape Nuts, definitely not as crunchy, but sooooo good… in their own way. :)
And what a perfect idea – great alternative to granola!
Ha! The last line here is the kicker! ….Everything is >better< when washed down with a margarita! :)

That’s so true about the margarita…I had one at lunch today and not only did everything taste more wonderful, I feel GREAT now, too!
Happy Friday!

So we ARE long lost twins! I only drink vanilla almond milk too! haha.

This reminds me of when I’d have cream of wheat as a kid. I’d keep refilling the brown sugar as I ate it! The milk on top added the awesome hot/cold mixture….yum now I wanna make some! Maybe I should try grapenuts…

LOVE vanilla almond milk! It makes every cereal taste better. I’ve also been making oatmeal with it.

I used to have a full-blown Grape Nuts obsession. Now it’s a Cap’n Crunch obsession. Clearly, I’ve matured. :)

I’ve never had grape nuts… my gosh, this looks great! I like buying the unsweetened original almond milk and adding vanilla powder to it. SO intensely delicious.

For me, Grape Nuts are an old person/dad food (my dad is getting up there so it’s kinda the same thing these days). My husband also loves them and I like them as a snack, too. (I remember talking to my friend about Grape Nuts once and she said something like, “I wouldn’t like that, I don’t like anything grape flavored”–and it blew my mind that she didn’t know what grape nuts were! And that she thought there might be a grape flavored cereal…)

I can’t believe I’ve never had grape nuts but this makes me want to try them badly!

I love the crunch factor offered with grape nuts but I haven’t had them in forever. I need to fix that!
