S’moretini Shooters.
Me again.
Here to convince you that you need yet another trendy, insanely-flavored bottle of booze. I do what I can. S’moretini shooters! Let’s make them a thing.
I know what you’re thinking. “Does marshmallow vodka really taste that different from that whipped cream vodka you already insisted that I buy? Or how about the cake batter vodka that I went out and bought immediately in order to drink a cake martini for breakfast?”
Well… not technically. Sort of? I don’t know? I don’t have super powered vodka tasting tastebuds or anything. But I bought some anyway for, you know… quality control purposes.
You seriously don’t want to see our liquor cabinet. Or maybe you do?
But don’t blame me. Blame my mom. She spied s’mores martinis in the most recent issue of Whirl and was adamant that I make them for the blog. Not joking. At all.
Don’t mind my fingerprints. I’m not classy enough to hold things the correct way.
I also like my marshmallows charred. How about you?
I roast them ’til they’re flaming. It’s great for impatient people.
The good news is that this world seriously CANNOT come up with another vodka flavor that I will have to run out and immediately purchase. They can’t. There is nothing left. I’m guessing that cheesecake vodka is next, but whatever. I don’t need that.
[Right.]
The best part? You can make these ahead of time and set them in the fridge, even toasting the marshmallows before if you don’t mind them room temperature instead of oooey-gooey warm. Right before serving, top each shooter with the skewered marshmallows and you’re good to go.
People
go
nuts.
And for those of you that don’t like alcohol, don’t consume alcohol, or are underage… you can totally make virgin versions of these with chocolate fudge on the bottom, some chocolate milk (maybe even whipped with marshmallow fluff? um yes please.) and the toasted marshmallow skewers.
You. Me. S’mores shooters. This weekend. Let’s do it.
S'moretini Shooters
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce marshmallow vodka, or vanilla, whipped cream or cake flavored vodka
- 1/2 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 1/4 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
- 3/4 ounce cream/half and half
- chocolate syrup or hot fudge
- graham cracker crumbs
- vanilla frosting for glass rimming
- mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Dip the rim of you glass in a bit of frosting, then dip into graham cracker crumbs. Pour about 1/2 teaspoon chocolate fudge into the bottom of the glass. Combine vodka, Baileys, Godiva and cream in a shaker (or water bottle with lid) with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into glass. Top with mini marshmallows skewered on a toothpick.
- For 8 shooters or 2 martinis, you will need: 4 ounces of marshmallow vodka, 4 ounces of Godiva chocolate liqueur, 2 ounces of Bailey’s and about 6 ounces of milk. Measurements obviously may change depending on your own preferred tastes.
- Note: if you don’t have any leftover frosting for glass rimming, I think something sticky like maple syrup or agave will work.
Did you make this recipe?

I’m about to take up residence in that glass.

Man oh man those look like too much fun!!
“The good news is that this world seriously CANNOT come up with another vodka flavor that I will have to run out and immediately purchase.”
WAIT!!!!! So there’s already a bacon flavored vodka I’ve yet to disover??? ;-)
Have a fantatic weekend, Jessica! Hugs!
Yes, there is bacon vodka! Called bakon… I haven’t tried it yet, but I heard it’s amazing in a bloody mary. Cheers!
I’m making these tonight.
A girlfriend made me a cocktail with the fluffed vodka. She mixed the vodka with a juice spritzer and added whipped cream for a topper. Pretty tasty actually.Although your cocktails take the cake when it comes to presentation (and probably flavor also).
So, who drank all the cocktails in the photos? Did you suck down all four of those all by your lonesome??? :)
OMG YUM. Can I make these at 9am?
Oh and Em. Happpppy Weekend. Thank youuuu Jessica!!!
These remind me of the birthday cake shots I took a couple weekends ago out at a bar. They were rimmed with sprinkles and I died, went to heaven, came back, and had another one.
these are SO good!! I use vanilla vodka (didn’t know there was marshmallow – WHY did I not know?!) :D
oh alcohol, how i miss thee! and i’m with you 100% on the marshmallow thing…they’re not good unless they’ve been lit on fire. maybe twice for good measure…
delicious! and i need those glasses, so fun!
Those are the coolest little glasses I’ve ever seen. And the name of these babies…I giggled before I even started reading the post. Let’s hang out this weekend.
These are going to my Christmas drink this year! Amazing!!
the title got me! Oh man, can we say sugar hangover if you were to shot a couple of these!
How creative and delicious. I would love to try one.
:)
I had no idea there was such a thing as marshmallow vodka. It’s on my shopping list now.
Yay for virgins! lol

it’s 5 o’clock somewhere ;)
get.out.of.here. those look freakin awesome! i’m really not a big drinker (i did my time in college hahah) but i can totally get onboard these! yummm :D happy friday jessica!
I made Cake Batter PUDDING Shots this weekend and totally stalked your page from the middle of Shop N Save to see what base you used for those martinis and how I could replicate it in pudding form. (For the record it is cheesecake pudding and Pinnacle Cake Batter vodka. AMAZING!)
That settles it. I’ll come over tonight with my Jem DVDs. We’ll be outrageous and drink shooters. :)
I WOULD like to see your liquor cabinet. I’d actually like to hang out in there…I think I’d get along famously with all your flavored vodkas. And you too.
THIS IS INSANE! I dont drink alcohol but all I want to do is chug this! all of them! :-p
you rock my socks MMMM
Wow, I need to come to a party at your house…
These look SOOOOO good! I like the outdoor pics – looks pretty! :)
So, you realize the problem here is that I’ll never just have one of these. No, I’d probably down 12, get ridiculously sloppy and then curse you when my head felt as though it would explode the next day. I don’t just do things – I do them in excess. Just ask my eye makeup. Still, I’m totally down. They look too good not to try.
oh jeez this is amazing. perfect drink around the camp fire or I mean uhmmm fire place beacuse you know I totally don’t do the whole camp fire thing anymore ha
YUM! I have been a reader for about a month now and I’m not sure what it says about me that my first comment is on an ‘alcoholic’ recipe haha…we’ll just go with that it’s Friday after a LONG week and this sounds absolutely perfect to make tonight along with a big bonfire to roast the marshmallows on :-)
On my google reader, the name of this post came up before the name of the blog. I knew it was you from the crazy… I mean creative idea! You’re awesome! haha Love this idea and yes… charred marshmallows are the only kind I like. I hate when my hubby just browns it a little bit…. campfires are meant to be played with! right? right? haha have a great weekend!
You could try using the chocolate sauce on the rim before the graham crumbs, maybe?
I wish I had all these items so I could try them right now!

Holy amazing- I feel like I definitely need to make these for our girls night this weekend. You are a food/drink genius!
oh my god, how mouthwatering that sounds!
But I fear there´s no fluffed vodka in germany :-(
Whoa whoa whoa. Cake batter vodka? Whipped cream vodka? Where have I been?!
Y-U-M!
looks wonderful. you are so creative, would never have thought.
awesome job as always
these are really great images!
I was just headed to the liquor store to stock up on some wintery creamy goodness of Bailey’s. I think I will have to add the marshmellow vodka and Godiva to the basket.
Yummmmm
Thanks for the share.
I’m pregnant, you can’t be showing me things like this!
Wowza….dessert and and a drink all in one. They’re so darn cute, too!
You again, indeed.
<3
We all need to cheers to this and the fact that, it’s weekend! Wahoo!
Ok, so I will admit I’m kind of in love with your blog, possibly even you. I haven’t known you that long so I’m not ready to drop the L bomb. I will say we are bout to have our first spat. I do not have the money to buy all this alcohol woman! But I want too, because you are posting delicious drunken ideas. So just I don’t know, stop. Or like, I may have to get a second job(make my husband get a second job).
I am drooling for that vodka! I will try and find a bottle to make these adorable shooters (and of course for vodka shots) :)
I need that fluffy marshmallow vodka and then I need one of these every night!
There’s peanut butter flavored vodka. It’s pretty awesome with chocolate milk. http://www.nutliquor.me/
I never see any of these fun amazing sounding vodka’s at the lcbo.. any other canadians know if we have them here? or just a US thing? just curious :) these look so cute and pretty and amazingly good! s’mores are the best dessert ever and in a shooter?! awesome.
I think we need to be real life friends. Who do things like drink together on the weekends. Because you are a cocktail genius. Except! I will totally need to roast these marshmallows in advance. Because I’m a cheap date…and the fire/roasting responsibility could get dangerous.
Oh my gosh, that is such an amazing idea!!
Just printed this out and am making them for my Holiday Open House next month! This is positively genius and something I think my guests will talk about long after the party! Thanks for sharing and love those photos!
these need to be at my next party.
