I’m Jessica and this is where I share my stuff. You will find a balance of healthy recipes, comfort food and indulgent desserts.
I am madly, passionately, inexplicably in love with food. Bacon makes me beam. Chocolate makes me shout from the rooftops with joy. Vegetables and I are the best of frenemies. My perfect world would include none of them.

I meant to say Chocolate chip cookies… They look so great!! Just wondering what recipe you use??

Haha, these were actually my aunt’s and I’m pretty sure she just used the pre-made cookie dough from Pillsbury that you pull apart! But when I make chocolate chips, I used one of these two:

In order of importance: 1) Bella is the most beautiful girl ever – my Henry would love to meet her (don’t worry, no hanky panky allowed!) 2) The tree is gorgeous – I must know, is it real? I am pulling for us to get an artificial one next year, and this one is stunning.

I’m not even sure what matzoh is, but I’m pretty sure my uncle just grabbed the crackers at our local Italian marketplace because we like eating it with salmon! It has no other meaning for us besides it tasting good with salmon hahah!

I wish I knew how to prepare salmon like that – I would make it for EVERY holiday! And that dessert platter has my full attention! Look like a wonderful Christmas :)

By the way . . . the chocolate chip cookies were homemade from scratch . . . No Pillsbury slice and bake!!!!

You have a beautiful dog! I’m a mega animal lover, so this is a high compliment.
And your tree is as big as the one from the Nutcracker! :-)
