We just got back from a weekend spent in Petoskey! We camped at the state park and only made it into town a little bit this afternoon. My biggest regret is not getting any taffy.

First photo: Reminds me of Girls. Not because it has anything to do with Girls, but just because I miss Girls so much and I’m thinking about it all the time.
Second: Did you ride on that thing? I don’t think I’ve ever been able to successfully ride one of those without something coming up that should stay down.
Third: Absolute beautiful photo. I can tell from the PLU that those aren’t organic though. FOR SHAME. Just kidding. Let’s be friends. I’m not a fruit-snob.
Fourth: I don’t even like donuts, though.
Fifth: Tan calves for the win!
Sixth: You never let us down with the neon. I keep coming back because of this consistency.
Seventh: Does that Tshirt say “Give up your booty”?
Eighth: Reminds me of Maine. (That’s where I’m from and where I live. Call me self-absorbed, I suppose.)
Ninth: Salt water taffy? (See above.)
Tenth: “No fun whatsoever.”
Eleventh: I’m pretty sure I see fruit loops in there…
Twelfth: (First off, what is up with the spelling of ‘twelfth’? Spellcheck says this is the right way. I’m suspicious.) I want to swim in there a lot, but then I’d probably die, because the doggy paddle can only get you so far.
Thirteenth: My favorite. Good choice!
Fourteenth and Fifteenth: I’m starting to combine things because I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into. Food looks good.
Sixteenth: See Twelfth. (ah!)
Seventeenth: I want to ninja chop my ice cream because now I think I can.
Eighteenth: This would be on my bucket list, were I to ever stop eating and make one.
Nineteenth: The ocean looks beautiful and the driftwood looks menacing. Also, reminds me of Maine. Again. Some more.
Twentieth: (Did you even know how many photos you posted?! I’m counting them for you!) Your vacation looked great. You should come to Maine sometime. (heh?)
(Wow. Can I give myself style points for not giving up halfway through this?)

Great photos…I am going to Douglas Lake,twenty miles south of Mackinac, on Friday for two weeks. I just new you were in Michigan. How ironic. I had a similar experience, doing yoga on the deck while listening to the waves crash, back in May when we were there. Awesome!! Isn’t Northern Michigan Great:)
