It’s like chicken dessert.

Okay… not really.

Like not at all.

Because that would be disgusting.

But it is buffalo chicken stuffed inside some deliciously crispy shells.

    My favorite pizza growing up was stuff buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese. You.are.killing.me. If I drive across the state, can you please give these to me? My pescatarian ways are quickly forgotten at the sight of blue cheese and buffalo sauce.

    I’m gluten free, but I’m thinking I could use corn tortillas and it would be good. (Blue cheese is sometimes iffy for a gluten free eating, so maybe omit the blue cheese.)
