Currently Crushing On.
Hey hey! I took a week off of my favorite links while we were in NYC and I missed a whole bunch of goodness on the internets. I am absolutely wild over this time of the year: the way the air smells, the way the leaves crunch, the pumpkins everywhere (sprinkle with cinnamon and burn a vanilla candle inside!) and just when I thought I couldn’t get more basic: homemade pumpkin creamer for coffee. Things I don’t need? Any more halloween candy. Good gosh make it STOP. Puhlease.
Yesterday, I shared a video on facebook of my favorite autumn sangria (some updates to my original recipe)! Are you following on facebook?! If so, please make sure that you’re seeing the posts by liking and sharing since Facebook bombs these days. Whomp whomp.
Last week, I shared these lemon lavender cupcakes over on the pioneer woman’s blog.
So what are you doing this weekend? What are you eating? What are you wearing?! In a non creepy way, obvs.

We love your autumn sangria! I make it for all our family holiday gatherings. Even my dad, who doesn’t care for any booze, asked me to make it again.
You should join me in tinkering with pumpkins and power tools in the garage to make those gorgeous lanterns! What could possibly go wrong???
The pumpkin chocolate crumb cake sounds delicious! Must try!! I love all your fall tags ! Awesome :)

My thoughts on lavender were/are exactly the same. I’m not a huge fan of rose scented/tasting things so I was always wary about ANY other flowers in things. Then I had an earl grey lavender cupcake from Georgetown Cupcakes and my life was changed. Last year I had a honey lavender latte from Augie’s coffee in Redlands, CA and it was the most amazing thing of my life. I neeeeeed to figure out how to make this.
I had no idea you were doing videos now. I really like the style of them.
Jessica! The video is terrific! And the list is wonderful, as usual, lovin’ the sticky toffee pancakes, bubble tea, crumbbcake and drumsticks…clearly craving sugar…and your cupcakes?…. lovely!
Ahaha! Gosh, now I have so many new things to read and to look at: thanks =)
First of all your video is freaking PERFECT. Are you serious with that?! You have to stop being good at things.
THANK YOU for always loving me like you do. Laura (Blogging over Thyme) were honestly talking about you all weekend. xoxo xoxoxoxo
I’ll never forget the first time I made your autumn sangria… I put cumin in instead of cinnamon. What a waste!! lol
I made your sangria for our Halloween party Saturday night and it was a big hit. Thank you for posting it at just the right time.
