My quick week night meal . Is a chicke Shwarma in a bowel! Noms!
I’l do breakfast for dinner – pancakes, waffles, homemade egg and ham sandwiches with skillet potatoes. All are very quick to put together. Or good old griled cheese & tomato soup (husband’s favorite)!

My quick week night meal is brown thinly sliced seasoned chicken breasts, add about 1 cup chicken broth and box of sliced mushrooms let cook down a bit and then add about 1/4 cup cream, Serve with rice, noodles, or even just roasted asparagus.
