Currently Crushing On.
Hey hey! Happy Saturday from Atlanta, where I’m gearing up to do an event for The Pretty Dish this afternoon! I can’t wait to see you guys! In two weeks I’ll be in Nashville and we just added DC to the schedule, so check out the book tour here!
More importantly, have you been awake since 4AM in order to catch all the royal wedding coverage?! I might have…
As soon as I get home from this trip, I’m going into full blown planting mode! All the herbs and tomatoes and flowers. And I can’t even wait! What are you guys up to this weekend?! Who is planting this weekend?
P.S. if you haven’t ordered your copy of The Pretty Dish yet, you can do it here! xoxox

See my IG story to see how I’m watching the wedding… been watching the whole thing live, hahaha.
I am a sucker for royal weddings so yes, I was up early to watch. I baked heart shaped strawberry cream scones as well as lemon elderflower cupcakes to share with my equally crazy neighbors who were also up and watching. Loved the ceremony, loved the bride’s elegant styling and so loved those little attendants.Princess Charlotte has the royal wave nailed!
Yum! So many delicious looking recipes!

I need to do my planting, too! Our season seems so late this year, yet I still managed to fall behind. Lol. Thanks for the salad bowl shout out! XOXO!
The hubs planted some peppers and tomatoes while I was at your book signing in ATL. It’s the latest he’s ever planted tomatoes and he said it’ll be 2 months before we have any that are ready. But, it’s worth the wait to have all things tomato, basil, and mozzarella with olive oil and balsamic glaze all over it! YUM!!!!
I live in Arizona, so my sister and I had to get up at 2am to watch the wedding! We had tea and scones and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
well written article.good work
congratulations on your launch and tour, and thank you for all of these links too, salted brownies and ultimate cheeseburger nice to watch tough to justify eating!
