You should totally do a gift guide for parents! i love your gift guides and i never have any idea what to get my parents or my husband’s… ugh, everyone else I think of something awesome but parents, why are they so hard?! Last year we had just had our first baby and I did photo mugs which they all loved and I thought about doing photo calendars this year, but I’m just not organized enough for that, lol
I agree with this, it’s tough. My husband and I don’t have kids yet but recently we’ve chosen to give an experience gift to our parents. His parents live far but were able to visit last Christmas so we went to see A Christmas Carol. We’ve also used Shutterfly for family photo gifts, gift cards to places my parents like to go out to eat. This year I think we will experience Christmas lights with my parents at a local brewery and have dinner. Next year I am thinking we will shift how we think of Christmas altogether and adopt a family instead of giving our families gifts. They are fortunate enough to not need anything, it would be nice to give to others who do. Sorry to ramble on about myself, lol but I hope this was a little helpful!
I was super excited when I saw that you were offering the digital version of the book for $1.99! I downloaded it to my Kindle immediately. I have to say it again, I love the way you write. That introduction was awesome. I can’t wait to start cooking from it. I hope you had a fun brunch with Santa this past weekend.
