Summer Photo Diary: Strawberry Picking.
This is one of our favorites days of the year… strawberry picking! We almost missed it this year but sneaked it in this past weekend, even though it was chilly and almost raining. Max was SO excited to go this year – he’d been talking about it for months.
Emilia’s favorite foods are blueberries and strawberries so she spent an hour picking every berry up off the ground that she could… ha.
We usually go to Triple B to pick berries and there are lots of fun things for the kids to do too. With a tractor ride to the strawberry patch. And… strawberry donuts.
And now, I’ve made approximately 32 strawberry desserts that are sitting in my kitchen.

I love that Emilia went strawberry picking with a headband with strawberries on it. SO adorable. She looks just like you in that last picture of her by herself. And Max’s expression in that last one looks like he was up to some mischief, so cute. Glad you got to go. I picked up some strawberries from the farm stand the other day and they are SO good. Why aren’t they always this good?!
We discovered strawberry picking this season! Our son LOVED it! Although our farm doesn’t sell fabulous looking strawberry donuts. AMAZING! Cute kids….cute photos…..as always!
