Your one pot spaghetti with asparagus and marscapone is a favorite! So quick and delicious. I add crispy prosciutto bits to it too. Because, why not?

And since you asked, some of my favourite recipes of yours are the feta/arugula pasta, that halloumi bowl up above in the list (but sometimes I make it with chickpeas instead of halloumi) and your cajun salmon. All winners in my household!
All of these dishes look great. I’ve made a ton of your recipes before and they are always brilliant. But I’d like to discuss how we are defining weeknight meals. When I think weeknight meals, recipes like the shredded brussels and kale spaghetti as well as the spaghetti squash parmesan fit within realistic parameters. Wondering if a 2.5 hr Thai salad dish is really Tuesday-friendly. Thank you for all the deliciousness!
thanks so much kathleen!! for the pork, i have in the recipe that you can marinate it the night before (or morning of!) so that cuts off 2 of those hours! i put 2.5 hours total time in case someone decides they want to make it right that minute, but if you marinate it the night before, that recipe can def be made in 35-40 mins! 2 hours is just the marinade time. :)

I haven’t cooked anything in a long while, both husband and I hate doing dishes. But I love love love your honey mustard chicken salad and your Korean chicken bowl is on my to-make list along with the fish taco bowl and a dozen other yummy looking recipes.

The Korean Chicken Bowls are too good to be true. My mind drifts to them every weekend but I have to make myself make other meals. As well as the Hot Honey Salmon and the Hot Honey Pretzel Chicken Fingers.

THANK YOU – i’m so stressed with my kids starting school and how i’ll still manage to feed all of us (as if we haven’t all managed to eat since they were born 3 years ago…). putting a bunch of these on my plan-meals-all-month (and hope for the best) calendar!

Sheet pan gnocchi and vegetables — it is the BEST. My husband requests it almost weekly and it’s one of the only meals my 16 month old son doesn’t get tired of after 4 bites and throws on the floor. lol I could eat it daily!!!! Thank you for this amazing recipe!
