Last week when I made Vanilla Bean Cupcakes, I also made a pumpkin version.
You can find the Vanilla Bean Cupcake recipe HERE. To make it a pumpkin cupcake, I added:
-1/4 cup canned pumpkin
-1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
-1 teaspoon cinnamon

-1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
-1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
