Do You Know?
With only a few days to go until Mr. How Sweet and I celebrate our 2 year anniversary, I wanted to share a little tidbit with you.
You know Mr. How Sweet likes steak. And chicken.
And chicken-fried steak.
He loves Nascar, and even moved all of his cars into his room (the garage) for me.
He loves horse racing too. And hockey. And chocolate chip cookies. And closet-eating chocolate chip cookies over the sink while chugging a diet Coke.
But what you don’t know is that he is such a wonderful guy, who has grown as a man and a husband in the last 2 years. He is the perfect guy for me. And most importantly, he is pushing me to follow my dreams.
Oh, and what else you don’t know? He still didn’t move the turkey.
I guess that’s okay. For now.

Gorgeous! It’s such a great feeling when you find that man that you know is perfect man for you. Enjoy your anniversary!!
You make me smile everyday with your posts. Especially this one.
Such a cute post – makes me want to go give the Husband a big smooch! :)
Love the picture!!
I love this post and the link to the previous one (I’m a newer reader). Hunni and I didn’t live together prior either and I had to convince him that a super man pillow was not appropriate for the bed.
Hahaha. I have a feeling we could swap stories!
oh, GAAH, that turkey.
he sounds okay enough to overlook that… ;)

I LOVE that picture :) Happy almost anniversary, my 2nd is on the 17th!
P.S. Pittsburgh boys are great, aren’t they? Luckily I snagged one for myself. He is actually going there next week to visit his friends :)
Aaawww…what a sweet post! That photo is so beautiful! Happy Anniversary! :-)
Sweetheart,
Officially, the traditional 2nd anniversary gift is cotton. Unofficially, it’s the Cartier Santos 100 skeleton timepiece (see link – http://www.cartier.us/#/show-me/timepieces/w2020018-santos-100-skeleton-watch) anniversary. If you ship priority mail, it should be here in time for us to celebrate.
And on my travels home, I will stop to get you a 100% cotton “my husband went to Chicago and all he brought me home was this t-shirt” tee. Because I know what a traditionalist you are.
hahahahahaahaaha.
Awww, ya’ll look so happy in that pic! I love pics when the bride and groom are beaming with joy:)
Sweetheart,
PS – when you were mentioning how I’ve grown over the last two years, you failed to mention that my bench has grown as well. 2 years ago I was benching around 225. I was also running a lot. Now that I’ve cut back on the running, my bench has grown to almost 300 pounds.
Forgetting to include that information must have been an oversight.
You are quite humble.
Aww, this is so sweet. Happy Anniversaryyy
That picture is priceless. I’m so glad that you have something so special, you deserve it and then some :)
So sweet!
Thanks for sharing a piece of your personal life.
I love that picture. You two are adorable. You make me think maybe I won’t be single forever afterall and there is still hope for me.
Awww :-)
What a wonderful photo!!!
do you know that when i was little my grandfather & i used to play restaurant. i would take his orders (every minute) and he would pretend to eat them. he would ALWAYS order chicken-fried steak. i had never heard of that and was convinced that he was ordering wrong. so i would always tell him we don’t serve that here. i would leave room come back in again and take his order again and he of course would order “chicken-fried steak”. LOL
this remains my favorite photo you’ve ever posted on the blog.
i love that laugh.
i admit it. sometimes, when i say something funny, i picture you laughing like this.
even when you dont say LOL.
That picture is priceless! I love it :-)
How awesome is Mr. How Sweet?
Superman wears Mr. How Sweet Pajamas.
Ice cream screams for Mr. How Sweet.
Mr How Sweet came before the chicken and the egg.
Here’s to greatness.
