Cheddar Chocolate Truffle Dip.
Today I’m over at the Harry and David blog sharing this crazy dip that goes perfectly with a bottle of red.
Trust me. It’s not as weird as it sounds. Promise.
Think: chocolate cheesecake. We can do that, right? YES. It’s the perfect mix of salty and sweet and totally compliments the snack I’ve been eating for ages – a few squares of dark chocolate with some slices of merlot soaked parmesan. I’m seriously in love. Recipe can be found here.

It does’t sound weird at all. Cheese, chocolate, and wine. All in a hot, gooey dip. Sounds about perfect, actually!
This is so cool!!! I need to try it!
Sounds good to me!
YUM. Oh my gosh, you hit the jackpot with this one. Harry and David and Williams Sonoma should hire you to photograph their entire catalog!
I have to say I was doubtful at first, but as soon as you described it as chocolate cheesecake I was sold!

It does sound kind of crazy but I’m all for trying it!
You seriously need to be a chef and/or own your own restaurant because you never cease to amaze me with the funky combination of ingredients that you bring together. Great job!

I am really intrigued by this recipe – it sounded a bit strange at first, but as soon as you described it as like chocolate cheesecake, you totally had me :)

I am new to this whole cheese and chocolate thing, but I am loving every bite of it! This looks awesome!
I would love some of this dip, it sounds so unique!
why’d they ruin everything by posting the nutritional information???

Looks a bit intimidating, but it does contain 2 things I love. It’s also an excuse to buy a bag of those Lindt truffles…

How cool that you are blogging for Harry & David! I drool over their pears… and I think the pears would go quite nicely with this dip… just smoosh it all in my mouth at the same time!
