Roasted Turkey Potato Chip BLAT.
If you can roll yourself off the couch to do one thing today…
… you totally should make this sandwich.
OR! If you started shopping last night and have yet to go to sleep, you should probably make this sandwich. Also, you might be my hero.
It is THEE most trashed up Thanksgiving leftover sandwich of all time. I realize that last week I should have warned you that you needed to have pretzel bread or buns on hand. If you feel like spending a few more minutes in the kitchen (um, no), then you can definitely make your own, but since it’s Friday and every store known to man is open, you can go buy some too!
Fry some bacon. Slice some avocado. Fry or poach an egg. Mix up some two second tangy cranberry mayo.
Get a big old handful of potato chips and throw them ON TOP of that sandwich because seriously, a sandwich is nothing without chips on it. ON IT. Literally nothing, I tell you.
The chips are where it’s at. They should be kettle cooked so they are crunchy as heck. I do not eat sandwiches without chips. This should be documented.
Now, I just don’t know how I can ever eat any other sandwich again? Ever? In my life? If you didn’t eat enough yesterday to throw yourself into a food coma, this just may do the trick.

THE CHIPS! THE STEAMY GOODNESS!
My dreams are basically made of this sandwich. I can barely roll of the couch, but for this, I will do anything. Pinned!

Wow.
The avo!!
And the egg??
LOVE IT!
Cranberry mayo? I think I’m going to faint.
This is better than any Black Friday sales.
You always make leftovers look so good! :)
I think these are some of the most beautiful pictures you’ve ever posted. Which somehow sounds weird, but I’m serious! WOW.
I definitely read that title as “blat” instead of B.L.A.T. I was like, “What’s a blat? Is this some kind of new sandwich I haven’t heard about?!” It took me 10 minutes and rereading the post to get it. My brain is not working today.
Aw god that seems so good! x

So obviously this BLAT is delicious and right up my alley since I’m scouring the internet for yummy sandwich ideas for when we have people over tomorrow. And also, you may already know this but you’re on Buzzfeed:

I was just scrolling through and before even reading the caption I knew that melty blackberry concoction had to be yours. Love your recipes! And your blog! And your love for sparkles! Happy Thanksgiving! Or Merry Christmas! Or whatever!
This looks amazing ohmygodddd. I need to go buy some avocado and bacon right now to eat this!
This made my stomach just go sideways. It looks so amazing that I am now mad at the world that I’m at work instead of creating this masterpiece to shovel into my gullet.
I’ve been looking forward to this post since yesterday! LOVE.
This sandwich looks insane!! I need this in my life!
OMG this is ridiculous! LOOOOve!

This looks pretty good. Skip the avocado. The aftertast gives me the gags. I don’t know why because I dig guacamole. Love the chips on a sandwich. My favorite way to eat a pbj is with some chips covering it then smashing them with the top piece of bread. White bread. Yum.

Jessica. Why. So I’m, like, sitting in a hospital bed after a minor surgery, hanging out for my tray of hot bland hospital dinner, and this?!?!?! My mouth is watering. This hurts, dude. This hurts. This makes me want to cook a whole turkey purely to pump out these sandwiches for a month straight. Grief.
OMG I wish I had saved my Thanksgiving leftovers…
Sorry, I cannot get past the steam in that picture! Obsessed!!
