HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I must say, I am super excited about Halloween this year and it has to do with that little chunkolove up there. I’ve never been a fan of dressing up but right now, I’m into it. I assume this will only get better and more fun with time. What are you up to tonight? We are having a little partay and I’ll probably be embarrassingly snapping all about it – snapchat is howsweeteats.

Alllllso, last week I made some 30 minute portobello pizzas over on The Pioneer Woman, and there’s probably 101 ways to customize ’em. The best.

Well I came over to thank you; your generosity in sharing is always a gift. And well to encourage you to really make that pasta. I cried when I finished the last of the leftover.
But I almost forgot my mission when I saw that photo of Max…could he BE any cuter? You know I’ve never been that big on Halloween myself but my kids loved it so I got into it for them. I thought I would hang up my hat in this new house but I just love the kids here and there is no way they’re coming to my darkened door so I get it…and you think this is fun? Wait til Christmas!

I have to say: I read this summary on Saturday and have been thinking about that beautiful chermoula herb crust salmon and your pine nut & pomegranate sprouts all weekend. Making it tonight in what I hope to be the easiest, faux-fanciest weeknight dinner.
