What up weekend! I have never been oh-so glad to see you. It was a looooong week. How was yours? I must know the answer to this question: are you making something for the super bowl, and what the heck is it? This past week, my friend Nicole launched her Blissful Bites podcast – and you can find my interview there on Monday.
If you need a tip: here’s a video of how I make my 30 minute buffalo chicken french breads. It’s like buffalo chicken dip… on toast! And if you still need another tip, you can find my bacon goat cheese guac and homemade queso cheese dip with chorizo over on the pioneer woman this week!
Going to see how much weekend I can get into right now, but first, faves:
guys, these best ever paleo chocolate chip cookies? oh my gosh. they are SO good. I’ve made them twice this week. we aren’t paleo, but these are so easy and delish. no mixer needed! one bowl!
this is exactly the way to my heart… pizza cookies.
not sure i’ve ever craved anything like i am craving this market street clam chowder. those pictures!
love this post gina did on meal planning for breakfasts and lunches and snacks – $60 for the whole week.
holy cow, these roasted grapefruit margaritas with smoked sea salt are insane.
so fun: famous besties + couples memory game. love.
taco pull apart bread: YES GIMME.
how cute are these hazelnut macarons? adorable.
is it possible to make anything more wonderful than charred feta with homemade pita?
forbidden rice breakfast porridge is on the menu next week!
dying over buffalo fried chicken sandwiches.
continuing to fuel my obsession with meyer lemon polenta cake.
the best chicken fajitas, right here.
gluten free copycat tagalong cookies? i want all the chocolate and peanut butter things.

I’m making Italian beef for our Super Bowl party. We’re hosting a potluck so we should have a nice feast!
OOOOOH…..I was reading Pizza Cookie and for a minute I was trying to imagine, was it pepperoni or just plain cheese? how would it taste and how is it made?
Then I looked at the post and it’s “pizza shaped “cookie” Ha,ha,ha,ha!
I think I need more caffeine this morning. I’m such a goof ball.
I’m doing a benefit for children with cancer. We do a Cupcake Festival, selling food,
raffles and an auction.
I’m making some pretty butterfly cupcakes and I’m raffling off a yellow Kitchen-aid Mixer.
that’s my super bowl Sunday ….besides, I’m in Patriot Country.
I work in the Market Street Grill building, just above the restaurant, in SLC. The KILLER chowder, plus half a loaf of sourdough, is less than ten bucks! Often get it for lunch. DEFINITELY try that chowder…and if you’re ever in Salt Lake, visit the restaurant and grab the real thing! Also their eggs hollandaise with fresh crab!
Wow wow wow! I am crushing mad hard on all of these! Meyer lemon polenta cake and hazelnuts macarons! Come on!
Thanks so much for the mention!! Happy Super Bowl weekend :)
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for featuring my macarons! I’m honored. Happy weekend!
This week was a long one for me too, it actually kicked my butt so glad is over. Making your queso chorizo dip, homemade pizza with tons of pepperoni, basil, garlic and cheese and already made a shoulder of pork for pulled pork tacos for tomorrow, until I saw your sweet and spicy short rib tacos recipe. Scheming how I can morph it into that recipe. Hope you get to relax and eat many yummy things tomorrow. Also, made your crunchy chicken spring rolls and they were delicious, thank you.
I’m throwing my first Supper Bowl party tomorrow, in large part because the game is being played near San Francisco and the city is currently hopping with activities. I loved some of your food suggestions. The pizza cookies look a lot more appetizing than the real thing. Can’t wait to serve your roasted grapefruit margaritas with smoked sea salt! Maybe I’ll even make a batch tonight. The photo of the taco pull apart bread is mouth watering. Thanks!
I’m actually making your Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Trifle (at my daughter’s insistence) to take to a Super Bowl party! We LOVE it, but can only make it when there are a lot of people around to eat it. ;)
oh yummy! This stuff sounds good!
