Happy weekend! I hope you have a fabulous one, whatever the reason for the celebration is. We have a bunch of fun egg hunts planned for Max and are heading to my brother and sister-in-law’s for brunch on Easter!

Ooo I just tried the egg avocado toasts. Delicious.. though I have NO idea what she’s talking about when she says these aren’t messy??? I have egg everywhere. I’d recommend doing a hard hard boil on the eggs too. Mine were a bit hard to shred – but still super yum and a good variation on my daily egg breakfast routine. Looking forward to trying the rhubarb cud tart when my rhubarb is big enough.Â
