Hellllo Saturday. After this wonderful little warm up the last few days, we’re under snow and ice again! Still feeling a bit stir crazy and today the Christmas decor is finally coming down. Woohoo! I love your Saturday posts..they are like opening box of foodie surprises.
That said, I recently read an article in my local paper about an old…and now new and trendy…Georgian food called Khachapuri. It is basically a gooey cheese filled bread that is topped with a runny egg. It kind of resembles a bread canoe and looks to be super delicious. So, I am wondering if you might consider developing/researching this to come up with a recipe.
I have my fingers crossed!
Did you make those cinnamon rolls?? Delicious
