What To Eat This Week:

Broccoli lemon carbonara to kick things off for the week! Oooh this is a good one.

For Taco Tuesday, make this slow cooker chicken taco soup! It has cheese quesadilla croutons and is so, so good.

Next, make this pork milanese with lemon arugula. I love this light but filling meal so much. the leftover pork is really good too.

Cheeseburger chopped salad is up next! A classic favorite that we all adore in this house.

Try this hot honey roasted salmon! For a perfectly seasonal side, this lemon butter spaghetti squash is super delicious.

Finally, this mediterranean kale salad with quinoa makes for a great weekend salad – it’s hearty and any leftovers taste great!

For breakfast, I’m making a batch of my salted maple granola! And lunch will be green goddess tuna melts.
