Chocolate Lovers Coconut Milkshakes with Sea Salt
Total Time:
15 mins
  • chocolate sauce/fudge for drizzling in the glass
  • 1 14 ounce can coconut milk
  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream
  • ½ cup chocolate milk
  • 2 ounces semi sweet chocolate melted
  • 2 tablespoons dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice
chocolate whipped cream
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
for garnish
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • chocolate shavings or curls
  • flaked sea salt
  • cocoa powder for dusting
  1. To start, use chocolate syrup, fudge or leftover ganache (that’s what I used!) on a spoon and brush it around the insides of the glass.
  2. Add the milks, ice cream, chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to a blender and puree until thick and creamy.
  3. Top the milkshakes with the chocolate whipped cream and sprinkles, chocolate shavings and sea salt. Serve immediately!
