Coffee Coconut Shakes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut powder
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • for topping: flaked coconut chocolate covered chia and hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, topping with extra flaked coconut, chocolate covered chia seeds and hemp seeds.
