These bang bang brussels sprouts are crispy and delicious. Roasted until perfection, the brussels are charred and drizzled with a creamy garlicky chili sauce that adds the perfect element of flavor. Seriously addictive and poppable!
Spread the brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss well so every bit is coated.
Roast for 15 minutes. Toss the brussels and roast for 10 to 15 minutes more.
Remove and drizzle with the bang bang sauce, or use it for dipping. Serve!

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Sprinkle the green onions on top of the sauce and/or the brussels.
