Hot Honey Pineapple Wedges

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Heat the honey and the jalapeƱos in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Let the honey come to a light simmer then turn off the honey. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Strain the honey through a fine mesh sieve to remove the peppers and the seeds.
  • Slice the pineapples into wedges and sprinkle them with the tiniest pinch of smoked paprika. Drizzle them with the hot honey and then crumble the feta on top. Serve immediately!
