Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds plus extra for topping if you wish
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions 

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and… BLEND! Easy peasy. You can top with a fresh pineapple ring or chunk if desired.
