Heat a skillet on medium heat and add butter. Add onions, apples, and sprinkle with salt. Saute until apples and onions and brown and caramelized, about 4-5 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Pour over apple/onion mix and let set. Flip once. Add cheddar cheese in the middle and fold in half.
