This lavender blueberry vodka soda just screams summer. It's refreshing, cooling and icy filled with fruity and dessert-like floral flavors. It's delicious and pretty too!
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture simmer and bubble until the blueberries burst. Let the mixture cool completely then pour it through a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender and burst blueberries. Store this sealed in the fridge for about a week.

Fill a glass with ice. Add in the lavender blueberry syrup and the vodka. Stir. Fill with club soda to the top of the glass. Stir one more time. Add a sprig of lavender and serve.
