Lavender Blueberry Vodka Sodas

This lavender blueberry vodka soda just screams summer. It's refreshing, cooling and icy filled with fruity and dessert-like floral flavors. It's delicious and pretty too!

Ingredients

lavender blueberry syrup

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 8 ounces blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

vodka soda

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lavender blueberry syrup
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 4 to 6 ounces club soda, fill to the top
  • fresh blueberries, for garnish
  • sprig of lavender, for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture simmer and bubble until the blueberries burst. Let the mixture cool completely then pour it through a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender and burst blueberries. Store this sealed in the fridge for about a week.

vodka soda

  • Fill a glass with ice. Add in the lavender blueberry syrup and the vodka. Stir. Fill with club soda to the top of the glass. Stir one more time. Add a sprig of lavender and serve.
