Asiago Beer Bread

Asiago beer bread is the perfect fall snack! It's hearty and satisfying, perfect for tearing a chunk off and serving with soup. Cheesy with a crisp golden exterior, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir in the asiago cheese. Add in the beer and stir until combined.
  • Scoop the batter into the 9x5 pan. Pour the melted butter directly on top of the bread batter.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center. Let cool fully before slicing and serving.
