This grilled pepper prosciutto snack plate is one of my party tricks! I love making this snack for friends and family who gather together - it's packed with flavor and so easy!
Preheat your grill to the highest setting. Spray a grill pan with nonstick spray.
Slice the baguette into rounds. Spray the sides of the baguette slices with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill and grill for 1 to 2 minutes until toasty. When finished, rub the garlic clove all over the baguettes and let them cool!
Place the peppers on the grill pan. Spray them all over with avocado or olive oil. Season all over with salt and pepper. Grilled for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing every 2 minutes or so.
While the peppers finish on the grill, assemble the plate! Pull the burrata apart on a large plate. Add the prosciutto on to the plate. Add the baguette slices.
When the peppers are done, add them on to the plate too. Drizzle everything with balsamic glaze and top with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
