Rainbow Fruit Chopped Salad

This chopped fruit salad is one of my family's favorite dishes to have! It's refreshing and delicious, with hints of lime and mint, and amazing as a chopped bowl or served with cinnamon sugar chips. We love it! Every salad is better chopped.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped cantaloupe
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mandarin oranges
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions 

  • As a note, I try to chop everything to be around the size of the blueberries. They are your guide, so the size may differ! Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Of course you can use any fruit that you love. Serve!
  • This lasts one or two days in the fridge, but is best served at a party shortly after chopping.
