Spring Radish Butter

This spring radish butter is such a lovely snack or appetizer to serve your guests! High-quality, salty butter with fresh grated radishes are mixed together to create a savory, simple spread that is awesome on crackers or crostini. Beautiful too!

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • ⅔ to ¾ cup finely grated radishes
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • crackers or crostini, for serving

Instructions 

  • Mix the butter in a large bowl, either using a hand mixer or a soft spatula. Mix until creamy. Add in the grated radishes and mix until combined. Add a big pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until combined and the radishes are fully incorporated into the butter. Don’t worry if the butter separates a bit from the radishes - this ideally works as a “” and not a “dip.” You want the mixture to be spreadable on crackers!
