There are still a few hours left to enter the awesome American Spoon Giveaway

Good Taste Pittsburgh today was a blast! There were SO many people there. I met some fellow bloggy friends, like Kelly from Bridges and Bites who is such a sweetheart, along with Alison who I am friend with on TastyKitchen. The crowd was great!

I had a couple thousand cupcakes to giveaway. :) Yummy, original flavors!

Here is what the booth looked like at 9am:

The crowd was MUCH larger than anticipated. By 11:30am, all of my cupcakes were gone! If you stopped by and I was out of them, I’m sorry it was too late. If you are in the Pittsburgh area, let me know and I can get you some free samples. :)

Who is this jet-engine-snoringstuffed-turkey-loving, framed-wrestler picture-hanger fine specimen of a man?

Oh, why its my hubby. He was wonderful, excited, a huge help, and very hungry today. He brought the TV from our bedroom and played a slideshow of my blog pictures. What a guy.

Some early visitors munched on cupcakes.

Today I turn 27. Not too sure how I feel about that. I don’t like saying I am in my late twenties. So, I am officially declaring 27 mid twenties. And I’m gonna own it!

My husband got my birthday right this time.

He wrapped this gift ’so it looked like a tootsie roll.’ That’s straight from the horses mouth.

So really, how was 26? I’ve always idealized 26 as the perfect age, but I still have a few years till I get there. :)

I was at GoodTaste Pittsburgh and was lucky enough to taste one of your vanilla bean cupcakes. They were so good and the one thing that I tasted that day that I still remember. And believe me, I tasted A LOT of food,
Thank you so much for posting this recipe on your blog! I can’t wait to make these for my family.
I picked up one of your cards and just got the chance to look at your site today. Everything looks great!
