Menu: Summer Cocktails.

The best foods for cocktail hour are the ones that can be eaten with one hand.

Really, no one wants to set down their drink.

At least not me.


So, the point is that provolone-stuffed fried zucchini would not be appropriate for a cocktail party. Especially one where you plan to fit into a dress that is two sizes too small.


Snacks: Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, Gorgonzola Popovers, Fruit BruschettaBacon-Gorgonzola Stuffed Baby Red Potatoes, Gorgonzola Stuffed Olives, Roasted Garlic & White Bean Hummus

Feel free to add some veggies up there if you dare. I prefer to fatten everyone up.
