Let’s face it. It doesn’t get much better than grilled cheese.
Grilled cheese is cooler than the other side of the pillow.
Especially when you add homemade blue cheese dressing and buffalo wing sauce. I have problems.

I’ve never tried it with buffalo wing sauce but a slice of tomato really makes it for me. Blue cheese sounds intriguing!

When I was little the only way my Mom would get me to eat a grilled cheese was to put hot sauce on it. Yeah, I was a weird kid. ;-)

AHHHHH that looks amazing.

I just made a buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich the other day. I used a snack-master (old school, but I love the way it pinches the edges together and makes it nice and crispy). I bet it’s good with just the cheeses and buffalo sauce too!! Yum!

What kind of cheese did you use?

Sharp cheddar!

Unfair! Grilled cheese is my absolute favorite! However, I only like it with the processed cheese slices. I have tried in vain every other cheese, but it doesn’t appeal to me unless it’s full of tans fats :(
Now I’m craving one…but I can’t have it!

That’s funny because I actually don’t like the cheese slices!

I agree. Grilled cheese is the ultimate comfort food. Especially when it’s as frigid as it has been lately (in MN anyway). Looks yummy. :)

Perfect!!! I just need some tomato soup.

What is it about a simple grilled cheese sandwich that is so darn good? Oh- and to make it even better, add crispy cooked bacon to your sandwich…heaven! :-)

I LOOOVE Grilled cheese sandwiches. Honestly, nothing is better. My hubs makes the best ones because, unlike me, he uses massive amounts of butter. I just turn a blind eye (aka go and sit on the couch) until they’re ready and then praise his efforts in hopes that I will get another one. What’s your favorite side? We usually have one with a spinach, walnut, and apple salad. YUM

Do you grill your grilled cheese in a pan on the stove top or do you broil it in the oven?? This is the eternal question between my husband and I wanted to know what your take was.

Stove top! I’ve never thought to broil it.

Blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce on grilled cheese? Now that sounds like something I have to try. Also … we love ours with tomato basil bread from Panera and good ‘ole Boar’s Head white American cheese.
