You bake a birthday treat for someone.
But then you have to remove a single piece to photograph it before the party. You think about gingerly placing the slice back in it’s place, but you just can’t help yourself.
And you eat the whole thing.

Haha! I’ve actually found myself baking fewer cakes/pies since I started my blog, because they prohibit me from snapping a picture beforehand.

Haha! Been there!! I was at a party once where I baked a tres leches cake. I carefully cut a center piece, put it in a tupperware and guarded it all night to make sure I could shoot it in the morning.

LOL! I’m NOT a food blogger, yet I’m guilty of stealing a piece for the sake of QC (quality control). After all, friends don’t let friends eat underbaked cake….umm…yeah. That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it! :-)
