I adore mornings.

Especially when they consist of homemade macaroon granola and coconut milk.

My mom got it for me in a gift shop in Harbor Springs, MI… but I have seen very similar ones at Sur La Table!

Vanilla soy milk helps me love my mornings, but I think they would be much better with some of your granola!

It’s definitely been WAY too long since I made granola. I’ll have to get on that ASAP.

Coconut is a must in all granola as far as I’m concerned — and using coconut milk is a great idea!!

I love your cereal bowl :-)

I keep finding granola recipes with ingredients that make it hard for me to make. So I have a recipe that calls for almond flour that I can only get by ordering and now a recipe that calls for coconut butter. Where would I find coconut butter? I’d love to make this.

I use Artisana brand and find it at Whole Foods! You can also find it online. You may also be able to find it in a local health store.
