It was a smoothie kind of day.
But not just any old smoothie kind of day.
Once afternoon snack time rolled around, I made it into afternoon snack happy hour.
Greek yogurt + ice + honey drizzle + cocoa powder + bananas + ….Baileys.
Hopefully I won’t be passed out on the couch by the time Mr. How Sweet gets home.

I’m Jessica and this is where I share my stuff. You will find a balance of healthy recipes, comfort food and indulgent desserts.
Have you tried the Caramel Bailey’s with a hint of mint? There are no words :)

Hey Jessica – the PA state stores are having a clearance sale this week and a couple of the Baily’s flavors were on sale! Flavored vodkas, mojitos, all kinds of good stuff for summer. We were like kids in a candy store (ok, really adults in a liquor store!)

Umm i’d like to come over please.now

Mmmmm – you should try Bailey’s spiked frosting on a chocolate cake. Do it… Or Pinnacle whipped cream vodka in hot chocolate. It got me through a verrrry cold day of tailgating a few months ago.

And just when I was trying to convince myself smoothies are healthy! This one sounds a little more fun than the one I’m blending with strawberries, blueberries, kale, spinach and protein pwdr. Yours sounds much more yummy!
