I am an art teacher and will be teaching a new digital photography class this new school year. If ok with you, I will be sending my students to your website to get inspiration for photos, composition, style, etc.! Beautiful job!
Haha, the colors are so vibrant, that’s why I asked. Filters cut out a lot of the glare. I am still fiddling with my DSLR to get colors right without filters. You’re just that good (whether you’d admit it or not ;) )
YAY for getting your ‘real’ camera!!! =)
Thanks for letting us peek into your getaway, looks like you’re having a blast!!
All the pictures look awesome! I’m with you, as long as the picture comes out nice I’m happy.
Not sure of names, filters or anything else, I just point and shoot then cross my fingers. :-)
Look at you, fancy photographer. Those tomatoes look amazing. I’m obsessed with the yellow and green zebras. They are as close to candy as vegetables come.
I don’t have a point and shoot – only my DSLR and iPhone. Before I got my DSLR I was using a Canon that was over 3 years old. I honestly do not know anything about cameras.
I love that last shot of the lake at night. I’m super jealous!
The drink looks fabulous–can’t wait to try it. Pinnacle whipped cream vodka is one of my all-time favorite alcohols. It’s smooth enough to be taken straight, and it mixes very well. My favorites are super easy: root beer and Pinnacle tastes just like a root beer float, and orange soda and Pinnacle is the most delicious dreamsicle. I guarantee you won’t even believe you’re drinking booze (until one or two drinks later maybe).
I’ve never seen leeks look more lovely! Ohhh…. and I’ll take a side of that lake view to go, please!

Gorgeous photos Jess. I have to ask, do you use any filters on your lens?

Thanks! Uhh.. I honestly don’t know what a filter is? I don’t think I have one, I just have a regular lens?

Oops. I commented on the wrong post. This was supposed to be for this post AND your cake batter martini post. My mistake!
