Hi Jessica-I love following your blog. :) I love the mix of girlie real-life stuff and food. In fact, I want to see more of your DIY stuff/Life! Do you ever get requests for this? Your food is so rich and amazing but I almost feel like you’re itching to share more? Congrats on your new book–I so wish I could have met you. Hope the baby is growing well and happy Sunday. :)
thanks alanna! do you follow along my crumbs page? that is where i post all of my lifestyle stuff, 2-3 posts a week. i certainly don’t do DIY because i can’t craft or do stuff like that to save my life. but all my other lifestyle posts are here: http://www.howsweeteats.com/crumbs/
Aww! I am seriously so tickled you wrote me back right now! I am hanging on the couch watching Food Network on a lazy Saturday Morning. In fact, after I wrote this I totally checked out Crumbs. ;) Thanks for that. and lol on the DIY. That’s ok. I am sure your hubby cares more about legit bacon than your mason jar creation. Can we not relate on that one? lol! xoxo

officially obsessed with that lazy pot pie. i intend on being SO LAZY during no-shame november.
That cockle salad is spectacular! Also, I just discovered this site, and I LOVE it: http://www.alittleopulent.com/lifestyle/2014/8/30/10-ways-to-single-task
There are a million pieces on finding inspiration, etc. etc.! So clean and elegant.
Those easy chicken pot pie and faux risotto recipes speak to my lazy lazy soul. Thank you!

this is such a cute idea for a post! i am currently obsessed with chicken soup and eat it nearly everyday:)
I adore the image you chose, it’s so dreary and lovely just like today was. I’m loving that Sangria you posted! I’m crushing on everything pumpkin and apple cider right now, I feel like I’ve just gotten into that even though Halloween just passed (oops!). I’m also freaking obsessed with Pomegranate seeds. It’s not like I just discovered them or anything, but I basically rediscovered them and then used them in the salad I posted today, AND the salad I’m posting on Tuesday AND in a sweet treat I’ll be posting next Friday. So basically WATCH OUT because pomegranates are taking over my blog LOL. Also, I’m currently crushing on you, but I think you already knew that lol :)
Anything that says lazy girl, I am so there
Oh man those apple cider creme fraiche caramels are calling my name!
Great list! Love that bit about finding life in the margins :)
Um yeah, I’m totally with you on the cocktail thing. With Wes I didn’t want any alcohol for at least 6 months after he was born. This time around I’m craving a margarita like my life depends on it.
Soon enough, dear friend, soon enough!
Chicken noodle soup- my weakness! Yum
Always amazed at how creative people are with food. It makes life worth living!

Thank you for sharing your favorites, a real inspiration for a food sensitivities blogger like myself. Here goes my special rice muffins recipe: http://www.mygutfeeling.eu/portuguese-rice-muffins
Hi Jessica- I just received your book “seriously delish”. Love it.
I do want to know if there is a recipe for the beautiful bruschetta on the cover.
It made me drool.
thanks, Roberta
