Happy Birthday, Seriously Delish! (Giveaway!)
You guysssssss. Today marks exactly ONE YEAR since Seriously Delish was released! 365 days. 525949 minutes. Like a billion seconds. I can’t believe it’s been an entire year!
I won’t ever be able to thank you as much as I want to thank you for the amazing opportunity to write this book. To go on the book tour and see all of you, to connect with you in your kitchen in a way that doesn’t involve a computer screen everyday. There is no possible way I can express how freaking grateful I am. No way.
The support for this hot pink binded, rambly worded thing I call a book blows my mind. Thousands of you have written and emailed and instagrammed and sent me pictures of what you have made and it NEVER GETS OLD. I never get used to it. I still get giddy and excited and thrilled to see what you are making and hear your stories around the book. Please never stop!
To celebrate, I’m giving away three signed copies of Seriously Delish. To enter, leave a comment below and tell me the answer to this very important question: what is your favorite song? Contest is open to EVERYONE EVERYWHERE and will run until Sunday.
I love you something fierce. xoxo

A favorite song is so hard to pick! Sweet Caroline brings back GREAT memories from my wedding.
Favorite of the moment…an instrumental from Into The Wild soundtrack (kaki king- doing the wrong thing). I listen to it on repeat like a weirdo!
That soundtrack is awesome!!
I can’t believe it’s been a year since it was released. I had pre-ordered a copy on Amazon and it took several days after the actual release date to arrive at my door. I was in AGONY! I could.not.wait to see it and of course none of my local bookstores had it in stock (Argh!). It finally arrived as I was leaving for a flight to Toronto (I would have died if I would have had to wait to see it until after my trip) and read it front to back (literally every single word) on the plane. I love everything about it and hope that maybe someday, after baby Max has grown a bit, you’ll write a sequel ;)
I’d love a copy to give away to my family or friends! My favourite song of the moment is Downtown by Macklemore (can you get enough of it?!)
One favourite song of all time is a tough one, but for me “Atlantic City” by Bruce Springsteen sits at the top! Congrats on a year since publishing!
I Won’t Back Down by Tom Petty!!
“To be with you” by Mr. Big for it’s awesome sing-along vibes! Takes me back to those great highschool dances.
Like a virgin by Madonna
Bust a Move, especially the dance break…
That’s such a tough question since there are SO MANY songs that I love, but one of my favorites now is “Shut Up and Dance”!
Anything by Nicole Nordeman!
A Case of You – Joni Mitchell

My favorite song is Suffragette City, by David Bowie! It was also one of the songs my parents sang me as a child-, believe it or not–a rock n’ roll lullaby!
I can’t believe it has been a year already!! Love love love the book :)
It is so hard to pick just one favourite song! I am still obsessed with Beyoncé’s latest album, soooo I would have to say Drunk in Love by the Queen B herself ☺️
Mad World by Gary Jules always gets me right in the feels. Not a happy song, but very emotional.
Favorite song – 10,000 reason by Matt Redman
My favorite song is The Way You Look Tonight by Toby Benneyy. Tony and I not only share the same birthday, but also the same wedding anniversary! Even at 27 years old, I am convinced that he and I were meant to be together.
My favorite song is The Way You Look Tonight by Tony Bennett. Tony and I not only share the same birthday, but also the same wedding anniversary! Even at 27 years old, I am convinced that he and I were meant to be together.

I LOVE Taylor Swift, so my favorite would have to be her song “Red”!
The Jersey girl in me goes with Born to Run!
That is such a hard question to answer since I have different favorite songs depending on the situation. I’m going to go with a song that never fails to pump me up during a workout: “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark” by Fallout Boy.
So hard to pick just one, but one I will always love is A Long December by Counting Crows.
I was obsessed with that song in ’96!

I never know how to answer this question, so I always just say “The Monster Mash.”
Ave Maria….I know, but all time favorite.!
Invincible by Tonight Alive.
I’m Yours by Jason Mraz. I don’t know why but that became my jam and now all my friends and family think of me if they ever hear it. I have to belt it out anytime I hear it.

Congratulations! I can’t believe a year has already passed. Where does the time go?
The song that never fails to brighten my mood and get me dancing is “Fourth of July” by Shooter Jennings……which is kind of embarrassing. It probably has something to do with meeting my husband on the fourth… or I just have terrible taste in music. =)
Keep the delicious recipes and the entertaining commentary coming. I love it!
Man In the Mirror by Michael Jackson
I have been a fan of MJ’s music my entire life and this song has always been my favorite because it has a good message and is just a classic tune. For many years now, it’s been set for my alarm and is the first thing I hear when I wake up in the morning, which is just a great way to start the day! :)
Right now my fav song is Hurts So Good by John Mellancamp, mostly cause it reminds me of my dad and I miss him! :)
Learning to Fly by Tom Petty. Always and forever <3
Umm, favorite song, that’s like picking my favorite ice cream flavor almost impossible, currently I’m liking buy me a boat by Chris Janson.
My favorite song is “Tell It To My Heart” by Taylor Dayne– it never fails to pump me up!
The song that NEVER gets old for me is definitely Coldplay The Scientist. So lame, but I totally love it.
“The Hardest Thing” – 98 Degrees!
