I grew up in a predominantly Irish city…… Boston Ma……., but I have Scottish, English, and Peruvian blood.
My husband is the Irishman. He’s a total Southie guy!
I’m celebrating today by wearing neon rainbow workout leggings (yes, already worked out today – not just wearing them for kicks), a green top, a fun family get-together to celebrate; and avoiding all the college kids strutting around town, getting to the rapid system to get downtown for the parade (oh, Cleveland).
My mom has been making PB eggs since before I was born — coconut and chocolate cream ones, too! They’re the best!
