Currently Crushing On.
This week on the blog, I shared this incredible grilled thai pork tenderloin. It’s so versatile and a great meal prep dish! I also made this cacio e pepe pie (which is insane!) and this caramelized onion and garlic butter grilled focaccia. Apparently we’re on carbcation.

I made your Thai pork tenderloin this weekend. OMG – it was so good. Everyone loved it. Next time, I’m going to try it with chicken thighs and use uncooked ramen noodles for a crunch. I’m a rebel like that. The sauce was truly out of this world. I would have taken a picture and tagged you on IG but I forgot!
